Call Premium 2000 Claims Department immediately, 24 hours a day/ 7days a week. If there is a complaint of a mechanical failure a claim will be initiated.

Follow instructions given by the Claims Adjuster

Authorize your chosen qualified ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic Repair Facility to diagnose the break down

The Repair Facility obtains Authorization from Claims Department prior to the beginning of repairs,

Claims are paid to the Repair facility upon  completion of authorized repairs.

$100 deductible per claim
